HOW TO BOOK
1. Fill out our enrolment form on our homepage
2. Or send enrolment form to our Bookings Administrator to hello@best-online-english.com
3. The booking will then be processed and gross and net invoices will be sent to you
4. The student will then receive a confirmation email with a link to OENS Online Platform and their log in details and access code to your digital resources.
5. From there, the student should take the online placement test.
6. Once we receive the payment and the student has completed the online placement test, a member of our academic team will send the student a lesson timetable and details about their online course.
7. The student should then login to their Zoom lesson 5 to 10 minutes before their class time and will then receive a notification to join the lesson.
8. That’s it! The student can now enjoy his/her online English lessons.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LIVE LESSONS WITH THE ONLINE ENGLISH
WITH NATIVE SPEAKERS SCHOOL
1. What device do I need to join OENS online lessons?
A device such as a Laptop or iPad. Using a smartphone is possible, but generally using a larger screen is more comfortable. The device should have speakers, microphone, and webcam. Most devices will have these built-in. Alternatively, you may have access to these functions by USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth.
2. Do I need internet access to join OENS online lessons?
Yes, broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
3. What bandwidth do I need for OENS online lessons?
Minimum recommended is 1.5Mbps
4. Do I need to have an email address to enroll on an online course?
Yes, we will communicate with you and send your online course details via email.

5. Do I have access to materials on an online platform that are level appropriate?
Yes, you will have access to our virtual platforms and your own e-learning student/ workbook. You will get your login details during your induction before you start the course.
6. I want to join a group class. How many students will there be in the class?
There is a maximum of 15 students in group classes

7. Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course ?
Yes, students receive an OENS e- certificate when they complete the course.
8. Will I get individual feedback?
Yes, you will be given individual feedback on a weekly basis so that you can see how you are progressing and what areas need to be improved. Students in full-time group classes have a test every week and a progress report every 4 weeks.

Yes, all OENS online teachers are fully qualified and experienced at teaching online to international students. Some of them are experts at IELTS, Trinity, TOEFL, Linguaskill and Cambridge Exam preparation. Some of them are experts at Business English and English for Academic Purposes.
10. Do my teachers have appropriate learning support and experience?
Yes, we provide training for our teachers to make sure they are fully supported, and can fully support you
11. Are OENS Online classes live?
Yes, classes involve live video lessons with our online English teacher who will be sharing a zoom screen with you to conduct interactive classes on our virtual platforms and in breakout rooms.
